I haven't bought the album yet and is not able to spare that amount now anyway.

Shiyan and I went to support Jing Ting and Huifoon for 电台1003《踢馆大擂台》DJ卡位赛半决赛 at Northpoint! Jun-Jie was there, of cuz, and we saw Yi Fang, Jin and Simin [CS] too! The semi-finals was more exciting than the preliminary audition due to the 才艺表演 and 打广告 segments. Some of the contestants were totally hilarious and their performances really made an impact, e.g. 吴衍廷's 男版"杨丞琳", 林静仪's “Yes or No” and “我要我们在一起”, 陈丽贞's "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" with the help of "Doraemon", 陈伟健's 任意门, and Huifoon's “任意门” and “夜的第七章”. Jing Ting keep having problems with the mic. She did well overall, but didn't manage to make it into the finals. =( But we can still vote for her as 人气王 via OMY! Jiayou!! X) Huifoon made it through to the finals though! Congratz!! The finals will be at Causeway Point.

I think the Sagittarius in me is slowly emerging. I'm starting to look forward to trying various new things. Having said that, please do not expect me to be too adventurous anyway. =P

Looking forward to October...

My student is having her EOY exams in October! Jiayou!! I finally found Sec 3 Math papers on sale, but they come in a pack of 12's and 13's for E Math and A Math respectively, so I don't think she can finish them. I think I'll get the Sec 4 ones for her if I continue tutoring her next year. I can't remember how many Math papers I did back then, but I do think doing Math papers is really fun. I think tutoring is like doing proving. You know you can get to the solution, it's just a matter of how to get there.

I was doing a little research for my COM205 group presentation. The topic is super interesting! To me, at least. Browsing through all that information, I am intrigued+excited+disgusted etc. Should be quite fun to work on, if it isn't that heavily graded.

Anyone has any idea how to do that damn reflective essay for COM203?? We've had 2 lectures on PR, to correct any misconceptions on PR and inform us on the different types of PR work, followed by 3 lectures on Advertising, from which the only thing I remember is that demonstration is the best way to advertise and AFLAC. The series of lectures on EBM started off well with lots of movie clips, but went on to cable TV/IPTV/HDTV/bandwidth[???] which totally left me in a "HUH" state. Huh...
