I should stick to painting nails for other people and not my own. I do quite a good job [haha] when I paint for others, but when I paint my own I'm a total failure. =(

After my last paper yesterday, I met Shiyan and Jing Ting at SCI to collect our WKWSCI shirt. Then we went to IMM! =D We were supposed to go shopping but we ended up going Daiso, Mini Toons, Popular etc, and Esprit, Giordano, Fox, Dano etc. I spent $23 on dinner! Haha that's about how much I spent in a week during exam period. But the food at Ajisen was nice. It's actually my first time at Ajisen anyway. I want to try the Volcano Ramen someday. The Scallop Ramen reminded me of the Suki Sushi buffet! I can't believe I actually ate the onions in my Chicken Katsu Toji Set. Macha Sundae Anmitsu was nice too.

I saw this purple shirt in Fox which is really nice. Sadly the largest size there is was Size 1, which is equivalent to Small. It was a miracle that I could actually fit in, but of cuz it didn't fit well. It made my waist look narrower than I actually am, but it made my hips look even wider. Crap. Why isn't there Size 2 or Size 3? Anyway I don't think I would have bought it anyway. The price exceeds my usual price range. Kia Hui's Shopping Principle (1): With the exception of working clothes, anything above $20 is not to be seriously considered. Other than my Huang Cheng jacket and Xuan Chuan pullover, I think my jacket from Taiwan costs more than $20; it was $25, if I am not mistaken. Even my jeans costs less than $20! Which gives a hint about the quality. Thanks to whoever produced jeans with sizes suitable for people like me, but please use better stretchable material, will you?! My jeans are getting less and less stretchable, more and more loose with time. Irritating. I want to invest on a pair of better jeans, but honestly, I cannot find my size in shops like Hang Ten, Giordano, and I think Levi's probably won't have either. Designers, can you please spare a thought for people of my size?! We need to wear jeans too! =(

I'm going home tomorrow! I want to cook ramen! I want to make siew mai! Winter Solstice is coming! I want to make tang yuan! I want to make dark chocolate tang yuan and kachiau people again!

I want to go Junction 8, Bugis Junction, Orchard...
