This is an extension to my Facebook post.

Please don't add "-tor" behind media. We are not mediators. We report and reveal any issues; we don't solve your problems for you. We listen to your side of the story, and we listen to the other side of the story as well. We make judgement in our writing perhaps, but we don't decide who's right who's wrong.

I apologize to this company for questioning you based on the lady's one-sided accusations. I thank you for your grace and time explaining the whole incident. And to the lady, wake up. Take care. Shut up.
